Office Manager

As part of ongoing growth, we have a requirement for a full-time office manager to work out of our Newcastle office. Candidates should have experience working in a software or games studio environment. They will be responsible for the smooth operation of day to day activities in the office, co-ordinating team members and carrying out general office admin. They will be instrumental in building and maintaining a great office culture and work environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Finance administration and general administration tasks
- Log enquires & calls
- Arrange travel & accommodation for staff
- Produce, format and amend minutes, letters, reports, presentations, and any other documents
- Manage teams channels, file structures and documents
- Manage staff holidays / sickness / absence
- Complete and manage supplier forms & bid documents
- Manage QA & HSE procedures & policies
- Co-ordinate meetings
Experience Required
- Proven experience as office manager
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills
- Knowledge of XERO
