Job Role

As part of ongoing growth, we have a requirement for a full-time office manager to work out of our Newcastle office. Candidates should have experience working in a software or games studio environment. They will be responsible for the smooth operation of day to day activities in the office, co-ordinating team members and carrying out general office admin. They will be instrumental in building and maintaining a great office culture and work environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Finance administration and general administration tasks
  • Log enquires & calls
  • Arrange travel & accommodation for staff
  • Produce, format and amend minutes, letters, reports, presentations, and any other documents
  • Manage teams channels, file structures and documents
  • Manage staff holidays / sickness / absence
  • Complete and manage supplier forms  & bid documents
  • Manage QA & HSE procedures & policies
  • Co-ordinate meetings

Experience Required

  • Proven experience as office manager
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • Knowledge of XERO
